One of the first things we do when working with a property developer, is to design and create a brand that symbolises the development. We research into the local area, look at the local market and also look at the history and previous use of the land that the new development will be built on. We try to bring heritage into our designs, and when naming a site, capture the overall feel of the development through logos and brand identity.
